Success and computer help

well in the last 1 week we have had 2 success stories.

1st was ... Just in case you didnt know I have qualifications in Computer studies... and I got the chance to fix a computer in Norwich.

The computer had several problems ...

1) It wouldnt connect to the internet....

2) It kept forgetting the time and date...

3) only one of its DVD CD drives would work...

4) He could only get at one of the Hard drives...

2) Got a new bettery put in to save Bios settings.

3) Set up the jumpers on the drives so the computer reconised the dvd and cd...

4) showed him how to get at his second drive and operating system.

1) caused a few more problems... because the hard drive would connect here at theoffice... But at his home... But Missy ratteled her brain and eventually came up with the answer and after the ip address was reset away it went...
